At our clinic, we focus on managing your chronic conditions without the need for specialist referrals whenever possible. If specialized care is needed, we'll collaborate with the specialist to ensure seamless care. For uninsured patients needing specialist care, we'll assist you in negotiating costs directly with the specialist to ensure you receive fair, reasonable care.

While we take pride in maintaining long-term relationships, we understand that circumstances change. You can terminate your membership at any time without penalty. Please note that the termination will take effect before the next billing cycle, and we do not offer prorated refunds. For your convenience, we will gladly forward your medical records to your new provider to ensure continuity of care.

You'll simply need to sign a waiver. This confirms that neither you nor our clinic will submit bills to Medicare for our services. Rest assured, as a member of our clinic, your Medicare benefits remain intact for any medical services you may need outside of our practice. Additionally, Medicare will still cover lab tests, imaging, and medications prescribed by our office.

We recommend obtaining a catastrophic plan just in case you experience a major health issue, you will still need insurance to help cover it. Your auto or home insurance agent may be able to help you find the right policy.
